Default Auto to manual swap (intake manifold) do you need to swap?

Howdy I recently got into cars when I got my first one it痴 a 98 civic and I知 doing an auto to manual transmission swap and I知 trying to figure out if I need to change my auto intake manifold and throttle body to a manual one. I知 kinda a big noob when it comes to cars but I知 trying learn so anything would be useful for me. Thanks all!

It depends on what engine harness and ecu you use

If youre using the stock stuff just stick with the automatic sensors and intake
