Default Popping Noise??

I have a popping noise coming from my passenger front wheel area. If I turn my wheel 360 degrees to the right it will pop once and then if I go a little bit further to the right it pops again. If i turn my wheel all the way to right and lock it, it does not pop. So I don't think it's the axle, but let me know if you think it is. I'm thinking it's the tie rod, but I'm not 100% sure.
Recently I replaced my front and rear suspension, new shocks and struts, new front control arm bushing, new front ball joint., and new front stabilizer bars. Everything was torque to spec, or is close enough (strut tower nut...).
Any suggestions would be awesome. Thanks!

Still looking for a possible cause. I checked the stabilizer nuts and those were fine. Tie rods seem to be okay, ball joints are new. I was thinking maybe a engine mount but does not seem like that's the issue. The only thing I can think of is that its the spring on the top hat on the strut assembly. Not sure how to test, but when i turn the wheel 360 degrees and it pops, the sound seems to be coming from further down in the engine bay. It does not make the sound when it is on jack stands.
One thing that did happen while I was replacing my struts in the front, is that the axle came out of its place. I had to push it back in, and I'm starting to think that could be the issue. Any suggestions? This seems to be progressively worse. It is now popping at hard stops and slightly aggressive acceleration.

UPDATE: I replace the inner and outer tie rods. Almost all of the popping has gone away. I still can get one pop if I turn the wheel, while the car is parked, 360 degrees to the right. It pops once. Does anybody have any ideas on this?

UPDATE: Engine mounts are looking a little rough. Especially the rear dog-bone mount. Passenger side mount, the big one no the dog-bone,is shot. Ordered Innovative Mounts to replace. OEM was more expensive than innovative, plus they're running a 19% off right now. Not sure if that will solve the clicking noise when I turn but I do believe it will solve the popping that is occurring on quicker accelerations and hard stops. Still thinking axles for the turning popping noise. Still in search of opinions.

UPDATE: I think I found out where this popping noise is coming from. As mentioned before, I swapped struts out around the entire car. Long story short, I believe a nut is loose or not tightened down to spec on the passenger side strut tower. I will be able to remove the strut next week and I'll update if it fixes the problem.

UPDATE: Popping noise is definitely coming from the passenger strut tower. I was able to remove it and tighten everything down once again to spec. Nothing seemed to be loose. My thought now is that the front strut mount kit, at the top, is popping for some reason. Anybody have any clue on why this could be happening?
