Default Binding Noise in suspension....

Hey guys, I don't know if anyone has had this problem...

Before new tokico rak-501 illumina-r coilovers....had a bad squeking noise from pass. front side when turning wheel when stopped...left to right..vice versa. Changed upper ball joints, bushings...EVERYTHING. After new suspension...same loud squeks and now like a "clicking, pop noise" is coming from it. Only when i'm turning the wheel completely stopped or moving VERY slowly. I took put it on a lift...the sound is coming from the upper ball joint, but there new camber kit ball joints. I think it's in the arm that the ball joint is bolted to..i forget the name of it...it's not the upper control arm, the other one. I put grease in it and it still has the "pop" noise. It seems like something is binding....I'm thinking of possibly putting a washer on the ball joint stud to see if it remedies anything...PLEASE HELP!!!
