Default Auto to manual wiring

I have a 98 civic that I swapped the manual into. I have changed the intake and I have a manual ecu. The wiring harness that I got with the ecu doesn’t have all the connections for my car. There are several missing. Also my ecu has 4 plugs ABC and D. I cannot find anything that tells me how to change the wiring or what I can do to make this work.

Leave D unplugged. Get a manual ecu.
