Default Possible blown head gasket ?

So I have a b18b1 lsv ( gsr head ) swap.. the previous owner had done a head gasket on it but as of recent daily driving and driving it in winter I've noticed a couple things. Heat is kinda intermediate... as the temp gauge has begun going up put the heat on and slightly goes down essentially kinda blowing cool air not heat, but once gauge rises to where it should when heat is on really dosent drop. I've noticed the smell of coolant or oil being burned but no smoke out of the exhaust unless its romped on thru vtech, there is oil I cleaned off the block that on the deck under vtech solenoid dizzy side but thinking it was common dizzy or vtech o ring failure, coolant level in over fill never gets too low or empty.. I fill to max when cool and will maybe drop to about an inch or 2 above low level.. I randomly get slight hesitations when accelerating but it's been intermediate. I've had a decent size glob of lighter brown oil under oil cap but I live in Milwaukee, wi where it gets cold and I've read condensation in cold states could do this. My thoughts are possible wrong headgasket on install ? Blown head gasket? I'm really not sure any suggestions on what to pin point should be helpful I have looked for signs of line leaks and havent seen anything. Due for an oil change but its black. I know it. Not good but it's not brown.

Do you see the reverse? Oil or sludge in radiator? Do you see bubbles in the overflow tank? Are you seeing white smoke out the tailpipe constantly?

Will have to take a look at how all your hoses are routed
Will also have to check if you have a thermostat

it has green coolant in it now occassionally check under the radiator cap when it's cold in mornings hasn't been discolored or low at all I've noticed black flakes floating at the top more less seems like dirt, but dosent smoke on idle or unless above vtech or around 6500 rpm.. havent seen bubbles in overflow.. however I sprayed degreaser and wiped front of block and found this

Oil leak out of corner of the head there

Also slight burn off exhaust manifold

coolant hoses dont appear to be leaking from any connections going from radiator to motor, bought a gsr head gasket kit going to pick up a thermostat soon should I also replace the fan switch?

nah no bubbling in overflow, no discoloration in radiator, radiator does have black flakes that resemble pepper I've noticed when checking fluids in morning before start up, sprayed degreaser on front of motor do notice oil seepage from corner of head/deck under vtec solenoid dizzy side figured possible o ring leak but seems like a bigger issue now, also temp gauge drops never goes above the halfway mark. I tried to reply with 2 pics.
