Default A1 to A4....why go obd2 motor...."??"

The car is a 1993 VTEC model BB1 HONDA PRELUDE USDM ALL ORIGINAL" ECU IS P13 H22A1.
I INSTALLED THE FOLLOWING MOTOR:
HEAD IS H22A7 TYPE R & BLOCK IS H22A4 EURO R P5M BLOCK. THE MOTOR IS INSTALLED & CRANKS WITH FUEL PREASURE BUT NO SPARK. I DONT HAVE ANYTHING BUT A 1997 H22A4 ENGINE HARNESS THAT WONT COMPLETELY CONNECT AT THE PASSENGER SHOCK TOWER" SO I NEED THE CARS ORIGINAL P13 HARNESS AND WHAT MORE ???? TO CONNECT THE CRANK POSTION SENSOR THAT THE CARS H22A1 ECU AND CHASIS DOESNT HAVE OPTION IN THE HARNESS TO CONNECT H22A4 STYLE TO

The simplest way to get this working right would be:
Install intake manifold including fuel rail and injectors etc. wiring harness including resistor box, distributor, and all sensors that were originally on the 1993 engine. Plug into cars harness as stock, and use the original ecu. It will not be the exact factory tune for that engine, but it will run fine. To get it running the best would involve an OBD1 ecu that is tunable, and a custom tune.
The only thing that will be odd, if you have a crank position sensor on the oil pump, it will not be used, you will be using the stock setup that reads from the distributor.

It wont run "fine" since its whole different engine than h22a1 and no point of ditching euro r intake manifold for stock h22a manifold - it needs to be modified

In regards to stock ecu tuning for factory cars, it will run within desired specification. The small amount of change to cam lobe size and compression is not enough to cause issues, especially if using the injectors that the ecu is set for.
And injector size and flow in regards to the ecu is why I suggest using the stock manifold instead of the Euro-R. I was providing the simplest solution to fixing this, with what the OP may still have on hand.

Engine specs are way different to run it long term with wrong ecu
