basically after removing the JRSC and installing the stock mani, and reconecting everything back together my car is idling like a bitch at 3000 and I cannot figure out whats wrong with it can I get away with driving it to a shop near by?

 

Check your manifold gasket, may have a hole or something. I know leaking gaskets will give an idle surge. just an idea...

 

sounds like leak........check the intake manifold gasket, throttle body gasket and throttle plate........

is there a check engine light on? check the code if there is......

 

check your throttle cable(could be bindling or stuck). my car was idling at 2500-3000 RPM awhile back then I saw that my throttle cable was binding up, I replaced it with another oem piece and it went back to idle specs. I checked and tested my idle screw, the entire throttle body, iac, tps, and fast idle thermo valve just find out it was only the throttle cable acting up. hopes this help

 

turned out to be the TB gasket it wasn't in place properly thanks all for the help,
