Burning oil and misfiring
I have a 2001 Honda accord ex coupe and wen I bought it I was told the engine leaks oil and to keep checkin the oil to refill so it doesnt shut off. I've been driving it for about 5 or 6 months and it starting to hesitate when I accelerate and today and another time before I started it up and it sounds like a big truck. I'm just starting to learn the car industry and would like help with fixing the spark plugs misfiring
if its a lot of oil burning then your plugs might be fouled. I'm not sure, however, by what you mean when saying it sounds like a big truck? Do you mean a loud idle? A loud exhaust?
"big truck" probably meaning indicative of having a cylinder with a dead miss more than likely.
OP you need to do a compression test and verify the engine is healthy before doing anything else. Sounds like it may have a dead/dying cylinder.

It does sound like you need to figure out if you are burning oil or just leaking oil. Are you comfortable getting under and around the car looking for leaks? Do you know how to do a compression test?
