Why is it the single-cam guys need to remove the block orifice oil-restrictor(mini-me/f23 etc) from their non-vtec blocks when converting to vtec but the b-series guys dont? The piece appears to be evident in all b-series blocks to begin with so maybe that's it but I didn't see anything about single cam vtecs not having them.
