Default 99 civic ex harness on b16a2

So I have a 97 civic ex with a b16a2 off an 99-00 si. Im planning on swaping out the engine harness because dont think everything is hooked up on right. So I have a uncut engine harness from a 99 civic ex 5 speed vtec what would i need to do to make it work on the b16a2 running on the stock p2t ecu anyone can point me to the right direction?

The issue is that your car is an Obd2A and the Engine harness is coming out of an obd2B. To my knowledge if you try to install the 99 civic ex harness it will not connect to your cabin harness. If your are trying to stay obd2 you can try and source an obd2a ecu from a Honda Del Sol. Some Honda Del Sols came with a B16A3. You could also try and get an obd2a to obd2b ecu jumper harness.
