Default Turbo

So Im buying all of my parts before i build my engine. So i was thinking, what if instead of using the engine oil pressure for the turbo I use an external electric oil pump reservoir and cooling system for the turbo itself? I wouldnt have pressure issues with it also because i will be running ball bearing. What do Y'all think abou this idea? Is it a good or bad one?

Unnecessary both in complexity and cost, and if anything just adds another potential point of failure (IE, the oil pump either dies or fails to turn on in time, or even stops for a moment = toasted CHRA). Hondas make gobs of oil pressure, there's plenty to run a turbo off of.
