SH to Base swap question.
I have done a lot of searching and I know there is a lot of information out there and I am sure I probably missed it but is there anyone out there that could help me with finding out what ECU and wiring harness I need.
I have an jdm H22a motor in a 00 Sh. There was a stock EC you and a stock wiring harness hooked up to it. I want to pull the engine and keep it and sell or part out of the car if I put that engine or another Honda can I use the stock 2000 Wiring harness and what ECU can I use?

You probably typed that on a phone. Through the typos and grammar issues I read:
2000 SH
jdm H22A swapped in
Stock engine computer and stock engine harness running it.
The Japanese H22s use an internal-coil distributor with crank position built in. The H22A4 that came stock in that car had an external-coil distributor and the crank angle sensor down under the balance shaft sprocket on the crank.
From what you describe, it sounds like the stock distributor and oil pump were swapped over. At which point I think there isn't a functional difference between the two engines. I don't know if the H22A4's knock sensor (because dumb Americans might put 87 in a 93 octane car and blame the car) can bolt onto the H22A. Were you to put it in another Honda, most likely you would use the car's harness and modify it, otherwise treat it as a H22A4.

Since I have the ecu out, I have no spark. I don’t believe the ecu will stop it from creating spark when you turn over. I do know it won’t send fuel. Can I diagnose my “no spark” problem with out an ecu?
Also. Since I got the p13 ecu. Will I have. Problem with the key and the immobilizer?
thanks for the help!
I don't have the wiring diagram in front of me but I know its in the Chilton/Haynes manual. Your English is okay so I'm going to assume you're in the United States. Call your nearest auto parts store and order a repair manual for the morning. The wiring diagram for the ECU/Engine will confirm or deny my suspicions but I'm fairly certain that if this is truly an "American"-spec engine then the ECU is involved in spark. Is it a internal or external coil distributor? Is there a harness running inside the lower timing cover from the backside of the engine?

As of right now I am going through wiring. The owner before me wiring job was so bad. My guess there is a burnt out wire right now somewhere or a bad ground. I’m thinking it’s the crank sensor in the distributor. The distributor is spinning but no spark from plugs are coil.
