Default Wiring harness question

my friend is thinking of swapping a jdm h22a motor in his 93' accord. The question that we are both having is how to make the ecu and engine harness work because all the info i have gotten says that the jdm's wiring would be reversed if we were to put it in his car. So what harness and computer would we actually have to use?
