Im getting a 1999 honda civic for my first project car. Both the 5-speed transmission and engine work (D16Y8). But engine has a rod knock.
My plan is to take the car, remove the engine, and upgrade the internals focused around making 12-18 lbs of boost.
Im thinking "SpeedFactory No-Notch H-Beam Long Rod and Vitara Piston Combo D16". and some other block and head work. What do yall recommend???

ps. i know i could swap it, but honestly it works and after adding turbo kit and tune it will be fun asff even if it isnt 350 hp
