my name is Bree.

i am the frustrated owner of a 2004 Honda Accord lx v6.

My car has a mind of its own. Some days it starts and we go all day without problems. Then just out of the blue it takes a break. It won’t start. It makes no noise, doesn’t try to turn over, no clicks nothing. The dashboard of course lights up normally but that’s it.

i have a new battery. That didn’t fix the issue. We took out the remote battery and disconnected the car battery for 30 minutes and that didn’t help.

alternator checks good, starter turns over normal without any drag when the car actually starts.

There are no indicators or rhyme or reason of when the car chooses to start.

Has anyone experienced this issue. The car has 130k miles. Probably because you couldn’t drive it half the time. LoL

anyhow I really need a dependable vehicle.and I hope this car can be repaired so it’s dependable.

any ideas or advice will be greatly appreciated.
