If he's this pissed about rotors screws, imagine if he had to replace rotors on a 90-97 that have captive rotors.

Number 3 Phillips bit and a hand held impact driver is your friend. I use it for both door and brake rotor screws.

Or get a JIS bit for the impact driver. Or a JIS screwdriver with a built-in impact function.
