Default 92 D16Z6 idle issue

I’ve replaced the FITV and just replaced the IACV and did the “relearn procedure”, it drove just fine all day then when coming back home I got it up to 85 90mph slowed down nice and easy from those speeds and then pulled up to a stop and the idle dropped to a point where I didn’t think it was even on for a second, chugged through the intersection till it finally caught up and then clutched in and coasted into my driveway and before I could even touch the key it idled low and stalled out, now it just wants to idle so low that it almost kills itself.

Am I suppose to adjust some idle screw that I didn’t know about, this is the first “import” I’ve ever owned and worked on, I’ve only ever had carbureted chevys, so I’m kinda going in blind on this whole car and trying to learn, any help is much appreciated

Usually when I have any sort of idling issues, I address the coolant.. make sure it’s filled and burped out of all air in the system. That usually fixes it

sadly that’s not the problem I’ve messed with the coolant multiple times including burping the system and checking lvls

Clean and spray out IACV, clean throttle body, replace coolant sensor, bleed coolant with car jacked up, replace throttle body gasket, spray for vacuum leaks to name a few things.

I’ve replaced the IACV and the EACV and bleed the coolant completely (even though I knew it was okay because it has a new radiator with fresh coolant) and checked for vacuum leaks. But I’ll try the throttle body gasket, and coolant sensor

When engine is cold, do this:

1) With idle screw bottomed out, loosen screw one full turn counterclockwise.

2) Start engine.

3) Note cold-engine idle speed (rpm) on the cluster tachometer. Post number. Is idle speed steady or hunting?

4) Warm up engine by holding engine rpm at 3K rpm until cluster temp gauge needle points to ~middle on the gauge.

5) Note warm-engine idle speed (rpm) on the cluster tachometer. Post number. Is idle speed steady or hunting?
