Default Please help..... Lighting issues

I have a 1994 Honda Accord that I just recently bought at a really good deal. Here is the issue I am having my turn singles don't work and my running lights don't work. I have brake lights and hazzards. Here is where it gets perplexing I don't have dash lights either but when the Hazzard lights are on the dash lights blink. I don't even know where to begin with this problem I have never dealt with this before. I know when I owned my 1991 Geo when the flasher went out it also affected the brake lights as well. So like I said I have no clue where to begin with this issue. I really could use some insight and help from someone who might have had the same issue. Thanks

I had a similar issue (minus the flashing dash lights) on my 92 Civic sedan. The multi-function switch (left stalk on steering column) was going bad. Might be a place to start. I never changed mine as I could get it to work correctly by very carefully turning the switch between the running light and headlight position and I could get all the lights to work that way.

I honestly don't think it's the MFS I was told at the junk yard that it could be the ignition switch

I would doubt that since the lights work regardless of the ignition position.

Have you checked your grounds? Also the hazard switch or the dimmer switch may also have a fault. Incidently if the hazard switch is removed your turn signals will not work.

I kinda figured that but the thing is the hazzards work but when they are on all the dash lights blink with them that's what got me boggled I think I am going to change out the whole harness cause I did find wires behind the radio that were melted so I'm going to change the whole harness and see if that fixes the issue. Cause so far I have checked all the fuses and changed out the dimmer relay and flasher relay i even changed out the multifunction switch and I am just at the point of changing the whole harness.

Does the car still have the factory radio or an aftermarket unit?
Like the Hazard switch, some of the lighting circuits are also run through the radio and the cigarette lighter relay via the dimmer.
An incorrectly installed radio and/or incorrect wire harness/hacked harness may be your problem.
Might also want to check ground 401(Dside kick panel multi-ground) and 403(Pside kick panel multi-ground).

I got my lights fixed the wires that was going to the radio were all burnt up and there were 2 wires on the driver's side that were actually melted together. I took the dash out so I could check the whole harness and that was the only two spots that I found. I am just glad that I had found the issue. So now my car is legal again but thanks everyone for your help. For anyone else who has light issues my advice is to check and see if you have any burnt or melted wires before you go changing relays and switches. I say that cause I went and changed all kinds of stuff before I found out that there were burnt and melted wires.
