Default Boosting my F22B

Hi there, I'm considering boosting my F22B 1995 Accord. Im just going to buy a cheap turbo kit and install it myself. My question to you guys is this. If I'm not going for crazy power, (200-220 would be perfect for me), what is my best option when it comes to tuning/Ecu? I currently have the bone stock Ecu in the car. is there any chance I can use that? Or will the car be okay without any tuning? I'm finding conflicting answers online and I'm on a pretty tight budget. I understand that I will probably have to buy a chipped p28 or something else. Which also raised the question? Will other ecus just plug right in or will I need to do custom wiring?
please Advise
