Default B18b1+C1 head

Building a lsvtec, did all my research but couldnt find what i was looking for. What low compr pistons fit best with the set up? Also whats the best bore size? Im thinking 81.5 but will that mess with compression? 10.1:1 the goal

Wrong section bro. Aside from that, what's your fixation on 10.1:1 comp? Plan on boosting it or what? We need more details.

Ok, but that still doesn't tell me anything. Are you planning on staying N/A or going Boost/Forced Induction? Are you looking for reliable daily or weekend warrior? Aside from LSVTEC, what is your goal with the build?

Reliable daily build, all motor, but if i wanted to slap a turbo on it, i can without changing any of the internals. 300-400 hp is fine even 250 is fine

Alright then. Well, to answer your question, if you overbore to 81.5mm (won't mess with comp) and go with a decent set of 10.1:1 comp pistons and decent rods, new bearings, TypeR Oil Pump, new water pump, etc. You should have a solid build on your hands. If you stay N/A, the LS trans will suck. If you go boost, it'll be fine.
