Default Is tuning on chrom still a thing?

I'm putting together a turbo d16y5 that will eventually get a y8 head.
Im saving for hondata but just to put it on the street on 8 psi wastegate pressure I'm looking for something to throw a budget safe tune on it.
I've been searching seems like the links I've found for chrome are dead and any budget friendly data logging?
I put money in the bottom end and then life happened so this will be temporary.

Really that bad? I remember when it was the thing to have.
I've never used it. I have gotten to play with turbo edit for the obd0 cars.

Well. it's not that subjective. if you consider lack of support for software, firmware, tuner support and even some hardware "bad", then yes.

Especially if this is only temporary. you can't transfer map data, or any settings to Hondata. So, save your breath, show patience and. "Buy once, Cry once"..
