Default How Remove Pistons D17A2 Engine Block in car?

I have a 2003 Honda EX 5 D17A2 I am trying to remove the pistons from under the car. I removed the oil pickup strainer. The oil pickup strainer is attached to I believe is the engine girdle? Please correct me here. I need to remove that so I can see easier the bottom of the pistons so I can remove them? Does this make sense? I removed the very long bolts but not sure if this part needs to be removed. It does not budge and I am not sure if this is the correct procedure to remove the piston while the engine block is still in the car.

The cylinder head is already off and I want to push the piston out from under.

What are the torque specs for these long bolts and the oil pickup strainer?

Thanks

Never mind I got the piston. I need the torque specs for the piston nuts and bolts that hold the bottom of the engine crankshaft. I am not sure what it is called. The oil pickup filter is screwed into it.
