Hey there, i have a 2008 Honda civic LX 4 door and when you first turn the car on the air blows at max as it should, after about two minutes, the air flow slowly dies but it will blow hot air just at little force, the blower motor has been replaced and still the same issue. Next i tried the blower motor resistor and the same thing happens, air gets hot just low flow. All the actuators seem to work and cables are connected to them. Anyone have this issue before? Ive owned multiple 8th gens and this is the first time i saw it. Thanks.
