The a/c is not cooling properly all the time. It seems like it depends on the outside air temperature but sometimes it will blow hot air. If its 80 degrees outside the a/c seems to work fine and blow cold air. If its any cooler than 65 degrees it will blow hot air. Now seems like the same thing is happening with the heater. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. Also, sometimes even when the a/c is cooling it seems like the air isnt as cool as it should be. I have taken it in for service twice and each time they tell me that they could not get it to blow hot air other than one time when the service rep did feel it blow warm air when i first arrived. They said cant replace anything until it breaks. I plan to contact Honda Corp but wanted to see if I can get some answers first and possibly diagnose problem myself and have them check and replace whatever the problem is.
