Hi All,
I was driving my 2008 CRV and I had an issue last week where all of a sudden my lights started flashing, hazard lights started flashing, radio cut out and numerous random indicators on the dash went off. Pulled over and found my battery positive terminal cable was loose so disconnected for a minute entirely, tightened it back down and all the flashing and indicators resolved.

The issue is now only my high beams will turn on. If I have the headlights off they are off, no problem. But if I engage the lights they only turn on as high beams and when I toggle the high beam switch back and forth it does nothing, only high beams. Also, the blue indicator for high beams comes on and stays on while I toggle the switch back and forth. I checked most of the fuses on the interior fuse box and they all appear intact. I've also tried detaching the positive battery terminal once again hoping that would reset things but no luck there either.

Any thoughts before I bring it by my mechanic tomorrow? Thanks.
