Anyone have any experience to know if this will work? I won't bore ya'll with the long story and the prior several attempts (which all kink or do not allow proper flow). The two 90s is the only way I can get this to work currently but have not tested it. Anyone see any issues?

 

Why not 2 straights and a short piece of hose?

 

No way it will work. I've tried 4 different ways now and just not possible. The block is lower than the rad, they are also off angle. With two 16AN fittings (on block and on rad) it only leaves a very short piece of 16AN hose which will not bend to what you need it to. You end up with a kink in the hose. This is the final edition, just looking for input on if this will restrict coolant flow too much.

It will work just fine... and this routing/design will not stretch/bind during engine movement within the engine bay. Send it.

nice work the location is perfect your away from the headers which can generate heat and you have good flex for engine movement spot on
