Default Limp Mode Help?!

I have my 2000 Honda Civic SI EM1 with about 190,xxx miles, stock engine, no modifications other than cold air intake... Just started 2 days ago, I noticed it jumped into limp/rev limited me on 3rd gear, at 6500.. then today 4th gear as well around same rpm... And probably all the other gears too but haven't went that high in rpm... I had a similar situation when I had my 1st em1, it was around 4000 rpm and I was told to just reset ECU, so I keep unplugging the ECU and battery... It worked most of the time until the last time I tried it and nothing.... I'm thinking it's a ECU problem and needs a new ECU or tune?! Anyone have any suggestions to help out? Thanks!

Default Re: Limp Mode Help?!

Found out the problem, it was my VTEC PIGTAIL CONNECTOR PLUG that goes to the VTEC selinoid. Swapped out with new plugs for that and the oil pressure connector with the coolant sensor and did the job. Hits strong again.
