does anyone know of a obd2b ecu that redlines at about 5500 rpm

Default does anyone know of a obd2b ecu that redlines at about 5500 rpm

i bought what was suppose to be an 2000 si ecu, but ends up to be something else. all the labels are taken off and the ecu redlines at about 5500 rpm. it has v tec and is an obd2b. and guesses or info is greatly appreciated.

not even the y7 ecu will redline that low....

if it redlines that low it has to be chipped or something

could it be cutting off where v tec is suppose to engage? im running it on a boosted y7.
