Icon4 '98 Prelude Check Engine Codes

I was recently driving on the freeway when my check engine through the codes: P0300, P0301, P0303 and P1399. I know these all indicate a misfire on Cylinders 1 and 3; however, the car wasn't failing or bogging out, only losing power. It has recently start to bog out only when idling. About two/three weeks ago, I changed out the spark plugs and the wires. Anyone have any suggestions on what to check/look out for?

that code right there more than likely is going to be your EGR valve ports plugged up , if you have h22a4-h22a1 , those usually plug up after some time with a carbon you have to a usually tap and remove the plugs on top of it and clean them out and replug them with oem plugs.
Search the p1399 code....
