Help! Found a leak!
Hey guys, this morning i saw some oil on my driveway but it looked like there was a little coolant in it. So when i got back home today i jacked up my car and took these pictures. This was the only place that there was any fluid visible.
this first picture is to show where i found the leak, on the driver's side of the car right under the belts and pullies
My friend and his dad are saying that it is most likely the water pump. My car is a 98 GSR with roughly 97k miles. i had the timing belt done at 77-78k but didn't do water pump cuz i was too poor. since then i also got a new radiator and had the a/c belt and pulley changed.
Let me know what you guys think it might be.
Thanks in advance!

most likely not. i didn't know anything about my car back then. i bought the car with 77k on it, and within a couple days took it for the belt. if i had gotten the gasket i would've just gotten the whole thing.
from what i'm being told by another member is that it need to be replaced.
