Default Ola fellow vtec'ers. New to this forum and looking for help

Yes lads and ladies, hope your all well. I've recently (4 months ago) lost my virginity to a jap car in the form of an 08 civic type r. Love her more than my missus but she's currently not very well, the battery has gone and has thrown me a system check, abs and vsa warning. Having replaced with a new battery and have no fault codes on obd it won't start. Checked fuses, fuel cut off, and all other obvious and easy checks to no avail. Upon car failing I noticed I hadn't put my oil cap on 8/10 days before after doing a routine oil/brake fluid and water check etc. Could this be the cause of engine not starting? Also on checking what the fault could be I removed fuel feed to the rail and when key is turned (engine primed) no fuel comes out of fitting, if turned over with start button and accelerator is pressed the same time then fuel dribbles out. I'm no mechanic but I'd like to think I'm logical and my assumption is maybe the fuel filter/ line is clogged? Would also like info on re learning throttle body sensor and positioning. Any help would be massively appreciated

Disconnect the fuel lines to where open on both ends, remove filter, and used compressed air to blow them clean then replace filter. Prime with key on and off a couple times and bam you’re up
