Default D series Syncrotech s40 trans missing bolt?

Hello Honda-Tech, long time lurker here. I have a question pertaining to a syncrotech s40 transmission that I just had put in a couple of days ago during an auto to manual swap. I have included 2 pictures of what I believe may be a missing bolt? I am losing manual tranny fluid and it is splattering all over the place from what seems to be around this missing bolt hole. Any insight will be very much appreciated and also thank you for years of information you have given me.

Heres an arrow pointing to the hole where i believe theres a missing bolt

Heres a pic a little futher out
