Default 98 Acura CL 3.0 V6 Premium (J30A1) Owner's Manual not the same as actual part. Why?

98 Acura CL 3.0 V6 Premium (J30A1 engine)
Can anyone tell me why the fuse box[interior & engine compartment] schematic in my owner's manual is different from the actual fuse boxes in my car_[the schematic on the lid of the engine compartment box is almost completely different from the owner's manual(???)/different Amp requirements_ which is a real problem].

Currently, my immediate problem is, my condenser fan fuse continues to blow. The owner's manual says 20A and fuse box lid says 15A. I've tried both and both popped. I would appreciate your feedback on this. Thanks.

For 3.0L (V6), the A/C condenser fan fuse should be 20A.

For 2.2L/2.3L, the A/C condenser fan fuse should be 15A.

Someone may have swap the under-hood fuse box or just the lid, etc.

If that fuse is blowing then there is a short somewhere in the circuits that that fuse protects (e.g., for a V6: A/C compressor clutch relay; or A/C condenser fan relay; or wiring, etc.).

Thank you for your help Tech 8. I will check those things.
As for the fuse box being swapped, I bought the car brand new in February 1998 so such a swap would have had to occur at the manufacturer(Ohio) or at the dealership. Unfortunately, in either case, it has taken me twenty-one years to realize it [sad face emoji!] Thanks again for your help.

The A/C condenser fan relay and A/C compressor clutch relay are right next to each other. It is the white wire that come from Under-hood Fuse Box, Connector C252 --> splits to two whites wires into Connector C309 inside the cabin --> then back out to the two respective relays in the engine compartment.
