2001 HONDA ACCORD ULEV VTEC 4CYL STARTING PROBLEM
Hey everybody, so i recently replaced my starter and my buddy helping me didn't clamp the radiator hose down when putting it back on for driving. so a couple weeks later im driving down the freeway and i notice my engine temp is spiked so i immedialtly pulll off the highway and by this time white smoke was coming from the hood i gave it a tiny bit of gas to make it safely off the highway and a ton of smoke billowed out. needless to say the hose had come off, of course! and emptied out all over my engine. I refilled the radiator, but couldn't get it to start. had it towed not after it had been broken into and my battery stolen. So now Im trying to figure out what may be the issure with it not starting since my battery was stolen, i can't use my code reader. So when i try to start it it is turning over, at least i believe, the headlights dim when i try to start it so i know my ignition is getting power, right,? im thinking it may be the starter is bad again since i got a used one, or maybe the fuel pump went out. Or maybe i blew the heads. I don't see milky oil in my oil or oil in my radiator fluid, but there is a lot more oil it seems when i check it so maybe it is blown. Im very green as you can tell when it comes to this. But am a quick learner, and any help advice or if you wanna just laugh at me thats cool too yo.!

Update. I had a buddy helping me yesterday and it seems that the fuel pump may be out. He's not sure why my oil is so high because it's not milky but we almost got it started just can't hear the fuel pump turning on. So today I'm getting some starting fluid to see if that may be the issue. Either ghee fuel pump relay or or fuse. Or pump itself. Will update later
