Default Questions about Rhd accord 94 coup

Hello, I've recently been thinking about doing a rhd accord but i only seem to find automatics. I was wondering If i can use the usdm shift cables on the rhd clip. Also would I be able to use the usdm doors whenever I convert it, I've been looking around for answers but I cant find any. Thanks in advance!

AFAIK the shifter doesn't really move much, if any, from LHD to RHD. So you should be able to get away with using the same cables. Transmission doesn't move.
The doors are the same, the difference would be the mirrors, and the wiring harness. Usually driver door will have all the controls. Your biggest concern will be the HVAC system as everything is mirrored, as well as the engine harness.
