2006 Honda Pilot P2647 Issue HELP!
Hello.
I have a 2006 Honda Pilot EX and it's a FWD.
I been searching everywhere but I cannot find any answers.
It is giving me a P2647: A Rocker Arm Actuator System Stuck on Bank 1
I cleaned the Vtec Spool Valve Assembly Solenoid already and this time it took 17mins for the code to come back on.. last time it took 3 mins.
What should i do to fix this?
I wanted to do an oil change but the drain plug is an 18mm not an 17mm.. my friend said do not take it out because it's stuck really bad and wrong size bolt, it might crack the oil pan..
Other people say to switch out the oil pressure sensor and Online people say there is two?
Also,
Other's say that you should take it to the dealer for the software update on PCM?
I am not sure what to do.
Where is the oil pressure sensor located on a 2006 FWD Honda Pilot?
How do i fix this?
I tried everything..

Not to insult your intelligence, but did you make sure you have the right amount of correct oil (5-20 or 5-30) and your oil filter is good? If you cannot do an oil change, you essentially have a boat anchor on your hands. Figure out the drain bolt issue first. Sometimes a rusted bolt head might feel like the next size while in reality it is the correct size. Worst case scenario, replace the oil pan as it's worth it if you want to keep the vehicle.
There is a thread here https://honda-tech.com/forums/acura-...-limp-2775336/ for this code. See if it helps. Has some answers for you.
