Default 94 integra constant problems

Hi i bought a 94 acura integra L with a 1.8 non vtec originally had an alternator problem and then another problem came along and more and more just keeps getting worse everytime I walk away after fixing the current problem. So far I have replace the alternator and battery, due to the fact it wouldn't stay running. Then I had the idle surging problem so I replace both idle valve and idle sensor, now regardless is dies after a small charge and doesn't stay running but I also noticed after I worked on it the last time my gas pedal isn't working now when it worked just fine. I look under and push on it and see it's not pulling or moving the throttle cable at all.
On top of it all after getting a small charge and being able to remove the jumper cables and have it idle. Then it will die.
So the list of parts I have replaced is below followed by my current 2 problems any help and ideas please?
Idle sensor
Idle control valve
Alternator & belt
Battery
2, grounds
starter

Current problem:
Doesn't stay running after jumping and in idle with a charge
Gas pedal doesn't rev or pull the throttle cable to rev the motor and give it gas.

Check to see if your crank pulley (harmonic balancer) has gotten bad. It's 2 piece with a rubber bushing. If the bushing goes bad, the alternator pulley, won't spin with the crank, or only spin xx% off the crank pulley.

- check if charging cable from alternator is connected to the engine bay fusebox
- check battery voltage
- clean battery terminals
- check 12v at ignition switch when key in and turned to start position
- disconnect the signal wire from starter, have someone start the car while you check signal voltage

Gas pedal doesn't rev or pull the throttle cable to rev the motor and give it gas.

The gas pedal and cable shouldn't be to hard to hook back up, it does take a bit of crawling under to look but there's a small white clip that goes into the gas pedal assembly check pic below.

More than likely the engine will not stay running because of the Alternator, when you unplug the battery while the engine is running and it dies it usually means the Alternator is bad and does not take over for the battery.
Double check the plugs that plug into the IACV that you replaced make sure there #1 plugged in and the correct plug other plugs can be mistaken and plugged in like the IAT sensor ect..
