First post don't hurt me too bad. Just bought this car, don't know much of anything about the swap other than the egr isn't plugged in. They used the old engines harness and the only plug near it is a different shape. I have no problem splicing the correct one on, but I need to know if this is the right place to splice it. I would have to do some digging, but I would suggest just getting an OBDI EGR valve instead of that guy, and seeing what plug that has. My car doesn't have EGR any longer, but I recall that round style plug on there.

 

Your gonna have to get the fsm factory service manual for your year and look at the wiring schematic to know forsure if that's the right plug to splice
