GSR swap, mystery plug and vacuum line please help
swapped a b18c obd1 into a 95 si hatch. This extra plug was on the gsr harness, is it nesessary? is a 3 wire plug. also in the second picture, where the red capped off vacuum tube is, is this for the charcoal canister?

after attempting to start the car after the swap, it finally fired right up and starts every time now. Gettting a little bit of bogging at low rpms, it was hard to start 1 time and sorta sputtering whilte starting. Does this sound like foulded plugs? Cam timing is perfect..
