Default fuel issue?

hey again guys so ive got a 1992 civic cx with a b18a1 it has h-beam rods, supertech turbo pistons, i've got a phearable chipped p28 ecu with a chip for the b18a1 in it. the issue im having is my fuel pump will prime but doesn't seem to run when the engine runs i mean it primes every single time but then once it starts the fuel pressure drops to 0 and it die's, i've replaced the fuel pump, main relay, and its still the same outcome... just wondering if you guys can give me some ideas as where to start poking around? this issue never happend before the engine swap.

thanks guys!

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=es69...ature=youtu.be <---------- crappy video i attempted to make but kind of shows the problem a little bit with the fuel pressure gauge.

Try to crank the car with the old ECU and not the chipped P28. If the fuel pump continues to run after start-up, the problem is a bad ECU... or bad chip.

The ECU turns off the fuel pump if it does not receive a signal from the distributor crank position (CKP) sensor showing that the engine is turning.
