Default 35100-SCV-C11 vs 35100-SCV-C10

Ordered a C11 and received a C10 (complete ignition switch assembly with 2 keys) and the supplier said they interchange on a 2009 Element EX 4wd 2.4L Auto. Supplier is a genuine Honda sales organization and part is Honda...just would feel comfortable if I knew the difference.

Thanks.

Double-check if the number is 35100-SCV-C10 or 35100-SCV-C01.

35100-SCV-C11 is listed for an automatic transmission and 35100-SCV-C01 is listed for a manual transmission.

35100-SCV-C11 is a discontinued part.

Ouch! Gee Man, I'm sorry. My 77 year old eyes are failing me. I was waylayed by the part number being different than what I ordered. The replacement number is 06351-SCV-C10. Completely different number. Waybill says it is interchangeable with the original.

Is that a replacement maybe? Did Honda replace the original since apparently at 80k miles up, owners were having problems leaving them stranded?
Really appreciate your prompt reply.
Thanks

I can't find Honda part # 35100-SCV-C10 on any of the normal Honda online websites.

Can you post a photo of the label?

The correct part number for the potential replacement is 06351-SCV-C10, not what I originally posted; my mistake. Will see if I can do a picture.

I did find this on the www. Don't know what the suffix ZA means: https://www.hondapartsnow.com/genuin...SCV-C10ZA.html Both are discontinued. I guess the supplier to whom I placed my order scanned the USA and found a dealer with one as the shipping invoice was from that dealer to the seller to me. I hope all my parts don't have this problem when I need some.
Thanks.
