Okay so I have a 92 civic SI and the problem I would have with my blinker is that it would blink but when I turn my drls or head lights they light up but wouldn't blink. I recently bought some switch back leds for my blinker amber for blinker and white for drls but when I installed them the white would blink and the amber would stay on and again would not blink once the lights were on. So if you are experiencing any of these problems here is how to fix them. There are 3 wires in the connector that connects to the socket, disconnect the from the socket and there should be a green wire that powers the blinker and red that powers them for the drls. What you do is on the front part of the connector the part that goes into the socket there are small white tabs in there, lift those tabs up and pull the wires out they should come out with a small metal piece attached to it swap them so where the red one was put the green one and vice versa. It should click back in if not push them as far as they go and close that tab yourself. Bam that should fix it... Hope this helps some one out
