Is it ok to wire a ECT sensor directly to the ecu ??
Is it necesary to rund the signal ground wire through the junction connector or can i run it directly to the signal wire going in the ecu?

I had some trouble with a mous who chwed som od the wire harness and now the ect sensor signal oscilates up and down ... ist is never steady.
Seen it with a datalogger ... conedcted to the 3 pin service connnector (hondash interface).

 

Repair the wires that are damaged... don't try to run the wires a different way.
