Maybe someone will PM you with a shop that will do it, as is. I used to just take the whole turbo setup out every 2 years to smog. You can't pass smog in a 2000 with an OBD1 ECU. You also need a cat.

i tried to put the ob2 p72 ECU and the car wouldn’t start! The OBD1 ecu is chipped and had a tune on it. Probably the reason car can’t start because ID1000cc injectors and Walbro 255 fuel pump??? Is there a way the car can start with obd2 P72 ecu??

no the best to post on a public forum how to get a shady smog. another reason i opted to make sure i went to the ref myself and certify my gsr swap so i didn’t have to worry about a shady smog.

Both valid answers lol. But unless you're ready to move, you'll need to go shady or return the engine to stock. No, you can't run 1000cc injectors on a stock ECU. You can run the Walbro, but it might make you run rich.
