I am replacing the rear beam in a 1999 Accord with the 2.3 4 cyl but the replacement part is for a V6. It seems to be the same dimension wise but the rear motor mount bolt holes do not line up. Does anyone know if I can use a rear vacuum assist motor mount for a V6 model and have it match up?

Check the part numbers on V6 and I4 cars via one of the many Honda parts websites.
They look the same, verify the V6 crossmembe has the holes you needed punched and threaded.
Just use your I4 mounts.
