93 accord timing belt tensioner
I’m trying to replace my timing belt but for some reason the tensioner bolt that holds both tensioner won’t come loose I’ve tried heating it and use penetrating oil but it’s stuck on there
If you haven't already done so, you should make more room up top. PS pump and alternator should come out. Timing belt replacement is also a good time to replace the main drive belt(s) on alternator and ps pump.
With more room, you should be able to get some leverage on your wrench or stick a long breaker bar down in there and loosen that bolt with ease. That is a bolt that people strip a lot. Make sure your socket fits properly and you are not on the bolt from angle. Use your breaker bar, and extension (if needed) so you can put the socket on it from the proper angle.

That bolt is discussed in several threads. There is even a stripped bolt thread. The tools you'll need are tools every DIY'er should have or acquire.
