Default 06 civic Si P1298 need help!

Hi everyone I’m Samuel. I’m new to the 8th gen world. So here goes. I was driving normal, I shift into 3rd, and upon accelerating my car bogged/loss power. I look down and noticed the check engine had come on, and the battery symbol. I read the codes and found P0102 MAF pow voltage, P0340 Cam Position No Pulse, P0141 Heated O2 malfunction, and under the Honda OEM codes found P1298 ELD high voltage. The car won’t rev passed 3,000 rpm, I checked voltage with the car at idle and with the headlights on and I got 12.1v. I reset the codes and it said erase successful but when I checked it again the codes still remained. So my question is, if the ELD went bad, could it have blown out all those sensors? Or does it shut off those sensors to protect them from being damaged by the high voltage? And also is the ELD serviceable or do I have to get the whole fuse block under the hood? Any insight on this would be greatly appreciated!

seems to me like your alternator fried. Take the alternator out and bring it to a parts store to get tested. If it fails, buy a new one, clear the codes, and try again.
Also, when you clear the codes, you need to turn the ignition off and remove the key for at least 15 seconds before turning it back on and trying to start the engine. Otherwise the codes will not actually get erased.
