i have a 90 civic with rywire obd1 harness and b18a1 swap into it. I have a check engine light on and a 3500 rev limiter because of limp mode I am guessing and I was wanting to run diagnostics but I can not find the port because I feel the old owner has got rid of the port because there is a bunch of electrical tape. I was wondering if I could simulate jumping the plug any other way.
