wiring question about OBD1
posting on my brothers account because it wont let me switch. Anyways, im working on a customers car that has a b16 in it. It was running a PR3 ECU and im converting it to OBD1. Its almost done but the adapter harness im using is where im at. The PR3 required that a few wires be cut in the harness and moved. the OBD1 harness just needs for a few wires to be ran from the harness. Do i have to replace the old wires in the harness to then rewire with the OBD1 adapter harness or can i just plug in the harness and let them be???

Hmm, your question is confusing me a little....do u mean does the harness make a compensation for those wires that need to be moved (hence, you could just plug in the harness and go)?
ok well ur question is def. confusing me some??? ummm i'd plug in the jumperline harnest hook up the ecu see if it throws ne codes, cuz im really not sure what ur asking...
Just to let you know my brother Kris (suprfast)wrote all that stuff , and he confused the hell out of you guys. When he was trying to ask you the question about wiring up OBD-1 on a crx well dont worry about it anymore. I came over to the shop and helped my brother fix the problem with what he got into. once i got there i figured the problem out easy thats why my brother wants me to work so bad for his shop, and well i told him not right know im only 20 years old and still have a life ahead of me and I still need to go to school, but i told him i will help him around the shop when ever he needs my help so he doesn't give you guys all these confusing questions.
