Hi I have an 99 si i keep blowing my main relay under the hood fuse I BELIEVE ITS FUSE "44" ..... I checked for continuity from the load side of the fuse to the negative battery terminal and i it had continuity can someone guide me through finding the source of my short to ground issue please . Thank You!!!

 

No one is going to troubleshoot the issue for you over the INTERWEB. I'm guessing you did a "wire tuck" recently?

 

no i just did a motor install and the motor ran but on the second day of running it this issue happened to me and im tired bro from installing i dont have it in me to search through or dismantle the top part of the motor to get to the wires harnest unless im sure i know where the problem is..

 

ive had success with help before on this site people will reply to help.

 

do you know how to chase a short with fairly any effort?

Get a schematic of the car so you know where the wire goes and what color it is. Then start unplugging things (e.g. the engine harness) until the short clears. The shorted part will be something past where you unplugged.
